CANCELLATION BY SITE / CUSTOMER

You can anytime cancel your order up to the slot’s cut-off time for which you have placed an order. In this case, we shall refund any payments already made by you for the order. We may suspect a fraudulent transaction by any user/ customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website. In that case, we, at our discretion, could cancel such orders. We can maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions & customers and deny access to them or cancel any orders. No cash gets refunded in any situation.

YOU AGREE AND CONFIRM

  • Suppose a non-delivery occurs based on a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other false information). In such a case, any additional cost incurred by Bhumija Lifesciences for re-delivery, we shall claim from you.
